Hi, I'm Elena Levina, HR Communications and Branding expert.


I have 10+ years experience of executing HR projects in FMCG, aviation and IT. Expert in different HR areas such as internal communications, employer branding, onboarding, learning & development and event management.


Originally from St.Petersburg, Russia, but live in Bern, Switzerland since 2022 and have a working permit in Switzerland.

  • Communications
    Proficient in copywriting and editing. Know how to pick the appropriate tone of voice and format for any message. Write clear, informative and easy-to-get texts. Skilled in social media marketing (SMM) and community management.

    Example: built an internal communications system for a company with 4000+ employees (from zero!)
  • Design and visualization
    Good at packing information into pictures, graphics, presentations or printed materials. Experienced in MS Office (including PowerPoint and Publisher), and Adobe products (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator).

    Example: was a head of a monthly corporate magazine (being both editor-in-chief and layout designer)
  • Event management
    Have organized more than 200 events: townhalls, meetups, conferences, corporate sport competitions and kids fests as well as festive and charity events. Ready to manage the project from idea to successful realization.

    Example: corporate charity event ("Kind airport") that I was leading got an award as one of the best initiatives in Russia
  • HR project management
    Experienced in managing HR projects in different areas:
    • onboarding (developing welcome trainings for newcomers)
